Keto Deviled Eggs

Simple, familiar deviled eggs made the Keto Zone way: wild-caught tuna folded into the yolks, and a clean keto mayonnaise instead of the canola, soy or safflower oil versions. High protein and no cooking required.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 organic hard boiled eggs halved
  • 2 cans wild-caught tuna drained
  • 1 small organic shallot minced
  • 1/3 cup keto mayonnaise no canola, safflower, sunflower, soy, or vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh organic chives chopped
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Organic black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Carefully remove cooked yolk from the eggs.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together the egg yolks, apple cider vinegar, and mayonnaise.
  3. Add tuna, shallot, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Spoon mixture into egg halves.
  6. Garnish with chives.
  7. Enjoy, and keto on!
