Affiliate Terms and Compliance Guidelines
Please read these terms before you apply. By joining the program and promoting Divine Health, you agree to follow them.
Last updated: October 18, 2026
The Short Version
- Always disclose that you earn a commission.
- Never say a product treats, cures or prevents any disease. Use only our approved claims.
- Do not bid on our brand names in paid search.
- No coupon or cashback sites without written approval.
- Do not use your own code on your own orders.
- Commissions are held 30 days so refunds come out first, then paid monthly by PayPal, Venmo or bank transfer.
- We can end the partnership at any time if these terms are not followed.
1. Joining the Program
Every application is reviewed by our team. We may approve or decline any application at our discretion. Once approved, you receive a unique coupon code, a referral link and access to your affiliate dashboard. You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent or representative of Divine Health, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.
2. Commissions and Tracking
- Your commission rate is shown in your affiliate dashboard. Any custom rate must be confirmed by Divine Health in writing.
- Commission is calculated on the product total after discounts. Shipping, taxes and fees are not included.
- A sale is credited to you when the customer uses your coupon code, or buys within 90 days of clicking your referral link. If a customer clicks more than one affiliate link, the most recent click gets credit.
- Commission is earned only on completed orders that are not cancelled, refunded or charged back.
- We may correct or reverse commissions that were credited in error or that came from activity that breaks these terms.
3. FTC Disclosure on Every Post
The Federal Trade Commission requires you to clearly disclose your relationship with Divine Health whenever you recommend our products. This applies to every post, video, story, reel, livestream, email, podcast and blog article.
- Place the disclosure where people will see it before they click or buy, not hidden in a link list, a “more” fold or a pile of hashtags.
- Use plain words, for example: “I earn a commission if you buy through my link,” “#ad,” or “Divine Health partner.” In videos, say it out loud as well as showing it on screen.
- Use the platform’s paid partnership or branded content label when one is available.
- If you received free product, say so.
- Share only your honest opinions and your real experience.
4. Health and Product Claims
Divine Health products are dietary supplements. Federal law limits what can be said about them, and the responsibility for what you publish is yours.
- No disease claims. Never say or imply that a product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents any disease or condition (for example diabetes, cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, Alzheimer’s, depression, infections or COVID-19).
- Use only approved claims. Describe products using the claims in our Affiliate Resources or on the product page. Do not invent new benefits, results or statistics.
- No guaranteed results. Do not promise specific weight loss, timelines or outcomes. If you share your personal results, make clear that results vary.
- No medical advice. Do not tell anyone to stop, change or replace a medication or treatment. Encourage people to talk with their healthcare provider.
- Include the FDA statement when you describe what a product does: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”
- Dr. Colbert’s name and image. You may share his published content and quote him accurately. Do not create quotes, imply he personally endorses you, or present yourself as speaking for him.
- Audiences we do not allow. Do not market to anyone under 18, or position our products as a treatment for addiction, withdrawal or any medical condition.
5. Paid Search and Brand Protection
- Do not bid on “Divine Health,” “Dr. Colbert,” “Don Colbert,” “Keto Zone,” our product names, or any misspelling or variation of them in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads or any other paid search or shopping platform.
- Do not use our trademarks in domain names, social media handles, ad copy or display URLs, or run ads that send traffic straight to divinehealth.com.
- Do not create pages or profiles that could be mistaken for an official Divine Health or Dr. Colbert account.
- Use only the logos and images we provide, and do not alter them.
6. Coupon, Deal and Cashback Sites
You may not post your code or link on coupon, deal, discount, cashback, rebate or loyalty sites, browser extensions or apps without our written approval. Codes found on these sites without approval may be deactivated, and commissions from them reversed.
7. No Self-Referrals
Do not use your own code or link on your own orders, or on orders for your household, and do not ask friends or family to buy through your link so you can earn commission on your own purchases. Commissions from self-referrals will be reversed.
8. Prohibited Promotion
- Spam of any kind, including unsolicited email, text messages, direct messages or comment spam.
- Misleading, false or “fake news” style content, or fake reviews and testimonials.
- Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-ups, adware or any technique that sets a referral without a real click.
- Paying or rewarding people to click your link or buy.
- Reselling our products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or any other marketplace.
- Content that is hateful, sexually explicit, violent, illegal or harmful.
9. 30-Day Hold, Refunds and Payouts
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the order is completed so refunds, cancellations and chargebacks can be deducted first.
- Approved commissions are paid once a month, after the hold, for the previous month’s eligible orders.
- Payouts are sent by PayPal or Venmo, or by US bank transfer. Add your payout details in your affiliate dashboard. We are not responsible for payments sent to incorrect details you provide.
- If an order is refunded after its commission was paid, we may deduct that amount from your next payout.
- US affiliates must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before payouts are sent. We will issue a Form 1099 when required by IRS rules. You are responsible for your own taxes.
- We may set a minimum payout amount. Balances below it roll over to the next month.
10. Product Samples
We may send product samples to select partners at our discretion. Samples are not payment, may not be resold, and must be disclosed when you post about them.
11. Ending the Partnership
Either you or Divine Health may end the partnership at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. When it ends, your code and link are deactivated. Valid commissions earned before that date are paid on the normal schedule, except that commissions connected to any breach of these terms are forfeited. We may also pause or close an account while we review a possible violation.
12. Other Terms
- We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and continuing in the program means you accept the changes.
- You agree to follow all applicable laws, including FTC rules, CAN-SPAM, and platform rules for every channel you use.
- You are responsible for your own content and agree to cover any claims or costs that come from content you publish that breaks these terms.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
