E-Commerce Purchasing & Fulfillment Specialist (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify)

We’re looking for an organized, numbers-driven E-Commerce Purchasing & Fulfillment Specialist to own inventory purchasing, ensure seamless replenishment
to Amazon and Walmart.com, and help manage our Amazon listings.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast demand and place purchase orders with suppliers/manufacturers to maintain optimal stock levels (no stockouts, no overstock).
- Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to our 3PL/warehouse.
- Manage replenishments to Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and our Shopify warehouse to keep all channels in stock.
- Create and track purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Monitor inventory levels across Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, and Shopify; set up alerts and reorder points.
- Assist with optimizing and updating Amazon listings (titles, bullet points, images, A+ Content, pricing, keywords).
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues (inbound delays, stranded inventory, chargebacks, etc.).
- Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to support new product launches.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce purchasing, inventory management, or marketplace operations (Amazon and/or Walmart experience is a big plus).
- Comfortable with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, basic forecasting).
- Experience creating POs and working with suppliers (domestic & international is a plus).
- Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple SKUs.
- Familiarity with Shopify is a bonus.
- Supplements, health & wellness, or FDA-regulated product experience is helpful but not required.

faith-based wellness content, and knows how to turn followers into repeat buyers.
What You’ll Own
- Create and post daily/weekly content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (reels, carousels, stories, lives, long-form video, etc.).
- Build and execute a full content calendar (educational, testimonial, Dr. Colbert teaching clips, UGC, product demos, memes, etc.).
- Grow followers organically and run paid social ads (Meta Ads & TikTok Ads) when budget is allocated.
- Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop and Facebook/Instagram Shops (catalog sync, tagging, on-platform checkout, promos).
- Respond to DMs/comments, build community, and turn conversations into measurable sales.

Requirements – You Must Have
- 3+ years running social media for an e-commerce or supplement/health brand (not just personal accounts or agency “theory”).
- Proven experience setting up and driving real sales from TikTok Shop and/or Facebook/Instagram Shops.
- Experience with accounts in the 20k–100k+ follower range in the health/wellness/faith niche (or similar) that you managed or grew — we will check.
- Expert at short-form video editing (CapCut, in-app tools, Premiere, etc.).
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads (even if budgets haven’t been huge yet).
- Comfortable appearing on camera or coordinating UGC creators.
- US time zone availability and openness to occasional Zoom calls with Dr. Colbert.

We’re looking for an elite Office/Operations Manager who can keep the entire
company running with precision. You’ll report directly to the CEO and function as the
operational backbone of the business.
The Role
You are the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll oversee
day-to-day office operations, support and manage the team, and ensure systems, people, and
processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage daily office operations and keep the team on schedule
- Hire, onboard, and train new team members (customer service, fulfillment, marketing, etc.)
- Conduct interviews and make final hiring recommendations to the CEO
- Create and submit weekly/monthly performance reports to the CEO (sales, inventory, ad spend, customer service KPIs, etc.)
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally (phone, email, DMs)
- Step in where needed: customer calls, order processing, packing boxes, support tickets
- Track inbound shipments and ensure products arrive on time from suppliers
- Own, document, and continuously update SOPs
- Identify bottlenecks and automate or improve processes (Zapier, ClickUp, Slack workflows, etc.)
